Foundation Nature & Environment
Project description
On behalf of Ideal Projects, Alexandra Izeboud was able to redesign the Dutch headquarters of the Nature and Environment Foundation in Utrecht. The existing interior was no longer sufficient to meet the changing work culture that emerged during and after the corona pandemic. Presence in the office after corona was estimated at around 50% and the type of work would increasingly change to a platform for encounters, such as meetings and receiving companies to advise on sustainability. The interior had to be adjusted with as few interventions and as few new materials as possible. After all, it is very important that the Environmental Foundation serves as an example and therefore shows how it is possible to design the interior sustainably. With new meeting rooms, extra concentration areas, natural materials such as cardboard, modular call boxes and the use of lots of greenery, the interior has been upgraded and made future-proof for the next 5-10 years.
